After which we proceed to the refund process which takes around 15- 20 days.
- Refund Eligibility – If the medicines are missing, damaged, of poor quality, or incorrect, in the parcel then you are entitled to get a refund.
- Timeframe for Refund– We can only process refunds within a week of the merchandise being delivered to you. Kindly notify us and return the product within this period to get a refund.
- Refund Decision – Once the investigation is completed, we will determine your eligibility for a refund. If all the criteria are satisfied then we issue a refund within 15-20 days.
Note – Please note that the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the cost of processing fees, shipping from both sides and also if any pills that have been consumed by you.
